Returns can be sent back to us without further ado within 14 days of receipt.

Would you like a replacement delivery? You can only initiate this as part of a new order in the store.

* If you would like to return goods, please request a return slip using the form below.

For bulky goods, returns of products with a value of more than €1,000 and returns from abroad, unfortunately no return label can be created. In this case, we would ask you to return the products to us yourself. In this case, we recommend that you pack the parcel particularly well against damage and, if necessary, insure the shipment more heavily. In this case, please also fill out the return form so that we can assign and refund your return.

* Procedure:

1. Fill out and send the form.
2. Once we have received the form, we will send you a returns label by e-mail.
3. Pack the goods carefully so that the return can reach us undamaged.
4. Attach the returns label to the parcel and hand it in at a DPD parcel store.
5. After receipt in our returns warehouse, the goods will be checked by us and the money refunded using the same payment method you used to pay.
